This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to TubePrompter paid subscription services operated by SHENYAN AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Subscription Plans

TubePrompter offers the following subscription tiers:

Free Tier

1 video analysis per day. No payment required. No refunds applicable.

Plus Plan

10 video analyses per day. Billed monthly via Stripe. May include a free trial period.

Pro Plan

Unlimited video analyses per day. Billed monthly via Stripe. May include a free trial period.

2. Free Trial

Paid plans may include a free trial period. During the trial:

  • You will not be charged until the trial period ends
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically for the first billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription
  • Technical issues: Persistent service outages or bugs preventing access that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate charges: Erroneous or duplicate billing will be corrected promptly
  • Terminated without cause: If we terminate your account without violation on your part

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window
  • Change of mind or failure to use the service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (output quality varies by input and is subject to third-party AI model behavior)
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Third-party service outages beyond our control (e.g., Google Gemini API downtime)
  • Failure to cancel before a free trial converts to a paid subscription

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@tubeprompter.com
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide your Stripe transaction or invoice ID (found in your billing receipt email)
  4. Describe the reason for your refund request
  5. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days
  6. Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days

5. Refund Method

All refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Through your account settings page or the Stripe customer portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until your subscription expires
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period (except within the 7-day refund window)
  • Your account reverts to the Free tier after the subscription expires

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Refund requests for purchases made before a policy change will be handled under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
