1. Current Service Status

TubePrompter is currently offered as a FREE service.

As of the last update date, all core features of TubePrompter are available at no cost. Since no payment is required to use our current services, no refunds are applicable for the free tier.

2. Future Paid Features

We may introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future. When paid services become available, the following refund terms will apply:

Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Annual subscriptions: Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Prorated refunds may be offered at our discretion for partial billing periods

One-Time Purchases

  • Credit packages or one-time feature purchases: Refundable within 7 days if unused
  • Partially used credits: Non-refundable

3. Refund Eligibility

When paid features are available, refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing service access that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Service not matching advertised functionality
  • Account termination by us without cause

Refunds may NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind after the refund period
  • Failure to use the service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as quality varies by input)
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Third-party service outages beyond our control

4. Refund Process

To request a refund (when applicable):

  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

6. Cancellation

For future subscription services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period (except as noted above)
